Sub:- Engagement of Consultants on contract basis for Jawaharlal Nehru

National Urban Renewal Mission [JnNURM] Projects

– Application inviting of –

KSRTC has decided to engage two persons as Consultants on contract basis as detailed below

for the implementation of the JnNURM Projects at Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi :

Consultant [Finance] – JnNURM Scheme.

a. Qualification :	Should pass C.A / I.C.W.A or its equivalent examination with two (2) years experience in related field. Should possess L.M.V Driving Licence. Should also be conversant in computer application.
b. Age :	Below 40 years.
c. Emoluments :	Consolidated pay of Rs.20,000/- per mensum.
d. Period of engagement :	Six (6) months or till alternate arrangements are made.
e. Headquarters :	Thiruvananthapuram for the time being. Should be ready to work anywhere in Kerala.

Ø JOB PROFILE.

a. To organize the work of JnNURM Bus Operation under the control of KSRTC

b. Proposals for required Staff for posting on deputation basis

c. Prepare contract for annual maintenance

d. Outlay money for capital expenses and calculate potential revenue

e. Computerisation etc.

B. They have the responsibility to co-ordinate the organization of Urban Transport Corporation in

Kochi and in Thiruvananthapuram. Complete technical, administration and financial matters will

have to be looked into.

along with D/D of Rs.100/- [One hundred only] drawn in favour of Financial Adviser & Chief

Accounts Officer, KSRTC should be forwarded to Executive Director [Operations] & Secretary,

KSRTC, Transport Bhavan, Fort, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 023 so as to reach this office

on or before 25-01-2010.
