• All vehicles registered with KSRTC are continuously tracked using GPS for security reasons only.
• KSRTC encourages all of its customers to take full responsibility of his/her items.
• KSRTC is not responsible for any loss or damaged item of the customer inside the bus during journey.
• If the commuter leaves any goods in the vehicle then KSRTC will not be able to take up the issue in any form like complaint/feedback.
• The courts of Kerala, India shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any
  matters arising from the use of the services offered by KSRTC.
